Drape Language does not warrant that:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO DRAPE LANGUAGE IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drape Language, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your use of the Service, including but not limited to your User Content
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Drape Language is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
You and Drape Language agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Drape Language waive any right to a jury trial.
12. Changes to Terms
Drape Language reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on drapelanguage.com and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email or through a notice on our Service.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Severability
